Blend turmeric, ginger, garlic, cinnamon sticks and aloe vera with a glass of water. Fitter it and add 2 spoons of pure honey.
Take first thing in the morning and last thing at night
Also you can put mistletoe in boiled water:- this corrects hormonal imbalance. Take a glass morning and evening
Also add basil to food
Eat avocado at least one three times a week, preferably at night
