1. Get fresh Moringa leaves, wash it and blend with a cup of water. After blending, pour into a cup and add one lemon or lime and if      you have honey, add one spoon.

2. Get Tumeric, Cinnamon, Ginger and Black Pepper (All Powder). Mix together and take one spoon into a cup and add hot boiling water, allow it to sit for about five minutes and start sipping. A glass in the morning 30 minutes before food and a glass in the evening 40 minutes after food for seven days with lite exercise.


3. Get 3 lemon, cut them into pieces and add 24 cloves of garlic (chop the garlic with knife) and boil both with 3 glasses of water for about 10 minutes. After boiling, bring it down and add a bunch of parsley and cover it 30 minutes.

Fitter and add one spoon of honey to a glass. Take one in the morning 30 minutes before food and 40 minutes after evening food for seven days with lite exercise.


4. Get fresh Ginger, Garlic and Tumeric. Wash without pealing, grate them and pour into a cup... add hot boiling water. After that, drop one bag of Lipton tea and add one lime or lemon.

Allow it to sit for about five minutes and fitter into a cup.

Take a glass in the morning 30 minutes before food and 40 minutes after evening food for seven days with lite exercise.


5. Grate Ginger and Garlic (3) and add about 5 Cloves and boil together for about ten minutes. After that, bring it down and add a bunch of parsley, one tea spoon of coffee and one lemon. Cover for about ten minutes and start sipping.

6. Add one spoon of coffee to a glass of hot water and press one lemon into it.

7. Blend two carrots with parsley leaves and press one lemon into it. Fitter and take a glass in the morning 30 minutes before food and 40 minutes after evening food for seven days with lite exercise.


8. Peal one Orange, one Apple, 3 Garlic and blend together with one glass of water, add one spoon of Ginger powder.

Take a glass in the morning 30 minutes before food and 40 minutes after evening food for seven days with lite exercise.


9. Peal one Cucumber and cut into pieces, add parsley leaves and ginger powder. Blend together with one glass of water.

Fitter into a cup and add one lemon and one spoon of honey (optional).
