Soak the followings in coconut oil:- Neem Leaf, garlic, ginger, cloves, thyme, cayenne, basil, aloe vera, moringa back, lemon, lemon grass, bitter leaf, soursop leaf and bitter kola.
Allow it to ferment for 3 days before taking. Take a shot in the morning after food and evening after food for 1-3 weeks
